Before you arrive, your apartment is fully furnished, stocked with linens and towels, housewares, and personally walked and inspected by our team. We take photos, confirm every detail, and send your arrival instructions, including Wi-Fi information and access codes, so there's nothing to figure out at the door.

We Prepare and Inspect

Just bring your bags. Someone on our team is reachable directly, 24/7, and we act as your liaison for anything maintenance-related. Stays start at 30 days and run month to month with 30 days' notice, so when your timeline changes, we adjust with you. Most stays run 60 to 90 days, and some extend to a year or more.
